New York: 2019

This trip was a personal one I took with my mom.
We drove up to Dia:Beacon, an art museum in Beacon, New York. After going through all of the museum, we left to go to New York City. We got into the city and checked into our hotel, where we relaxed for a bit. We then left at night to go to the Metropolitan Museum of Art, where an exhibition on Eugene Delacroix was being held. After going through the exhibition and some other wings, we left and walked back to the hotel.
The next day, we checked out of the hotel and went to the Whitney Museum. We went through every space in the museum and left soon after. After eating, we spent some time driving around Lower Manhattan looking at public art pieces such as 7,000 Oaks by Joseph Beuys, Group of Four Trees by Jean Dubuffet, and Sunken Garden by Isamu Noguchi. After spending time driving around, we returned home.
