This trip was a personal one I took with my mom.

We drove into the city and parked in a public parking garage. After that, we walked to the Museum of Modern Art, which had just opened after a renovation. We covered most of the museum, from top to bottom. After going through almost all of the museum, we left to go eat. After doing that, we walked to the Guggenheim Museum where a new exhibition called Artistic License was underway; this exhibition is different because of the idea behind it, six different artists chose pieces to display in the Guggenheim's main rotunda. After going through all of Artistic License and some smaller exhibition spaces, we left the Guggenheim and drove to our hotel, which was in New Jersey.

The next day, we checked out of the museum and drove to the Whitney Museum, where new exhibitions were on display. After going through all of the Whitney Museum, we drove home.
